Emmerling Community Park
This park is located on Cove Run Road and consists of 59 acres of land. Facilities at the park include three picnic pavilions, a gazebo, two additional shelters, three playing fields, large parking lot, playground structures, public restrooms and a concession stand. The park also has a walking trail completed with benches and a scenic waterway.
The park is open to the public from sunrise to dusk, every day. However, portions of the park are closed to the public during the summer camp program which usually takes place mid-June through the end of July each year. The closure begins at 8:30 am and ends 1:00pm, Monday-Friday.

- Gazebo
There are two playground structures within the park, one located between Old Mill Dam Pavilion and the concession stand, the other is directly next to Laurel Oak Pavilion.
Restrooms are available in the middle of the park, connected to the concession stand. As well, Laurel Oak has restrooms immediately adjacent to the picnic area.
Emmerling Community Park is also the venue for Indiana Township's Youth Day event annually. This is a FREE event for the Community and supports the D.A.R.E. Program! Check the Youth Day link on our website for specific dates and activities.
